Haniel Massoud was born in Edmonds and grew up in Snohomish county. Haniel has managed $60 million dollar plus retail stores. During which time he received commendation from the mayor and won best retail store by the Rotary Club. Haniel also planned and oversaw the Black Friday operations for seven consecutive years.

Haniel graduated from Mountlake Terrace High School and left Washington to go to attend Northwest Nazarene University where he studied business and accounting. 16 years later moved back to the area he loves.

Haniel Massoud began in real estate because after over 20 years in retail and service Haniel believed that he could give back to consumers that were embarking on what would most likely become the largest transaction of their life. He wants to use his experience in planning, preparing and executing to help home sellers and buyers achieve their desired results.

Haniel has been married more than 15 years and has three children. He loves the Pacific Northwest from the diversity of our community to the diversity of our environment. He is equally as happy spending a day in the city or a day on the rocky beaches as long as he gets to do it with his family.
